Continuous Conduct of Additional Work. During the Term, Tenant covenants to conduct or cause to be conducted all elements of any Additional Work diligently and continuously, subject only to interruptions and delays caused by Excusable Tenant Delay or Landlord Delay, and in a manner consistent with the requirements of this Article XII.
