Common use of Continuous Employment Requirement Clause in Contracts

Continuous Employment Requirement. Subject to Sections 3 and 5, in order to vest in the Option, Participant agrees that Participant must continue as an active employee of the Corporation, its Subsidiaries or affiliates (each an “Employing Company”) through the vesting dates set forth in Section 3, subject to the Employing Company’s right to terminate the Participant’s employment at any time.
