Common use of Continuous Service Clause in Contracts

Continuous Service. Except where the dispute pertains to technical feasibility or a lack of facilities, the Parties shall continue providing services to each other during the pendency of any dispute resolution procedure, and the Parties shall continue to perform their obligations (including making payments in accordance with Section 9) in accordance with this Agreement.
