Contract Administrator Authority. The Contract Administrator is authorized to coordinate and communicate with Contractor Municipality to manage and supervise the performance of this Agreement. Any determination by the Contract Administrator that this Agreement authorizes the Contract Administrator to make shall be binding on the Parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement or otherwise set forth in an applicable provision of the Broward County Procurement Code, Broward County Code ofof Ordinances, or Broward County Administrative Code, the Contract Administrator may exercise any ministerial authority in connection with the day-to-day management of this Agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement or otherwise set forth in an applicable provision of the Broward County Procurement Code, Broward County Code ofof Ordinances, or Broward County Administrative Code, the Contract Administrator may exercise any ministerial authority in connection with the day-to day management of this lnterlocal Agreement.

The Contract Administrator may also approve modifications to this Agreement provided that such modifications do not increase the total SHIP Funds.
