The Contract Administrator may designate one or more County employees with authority pertaining to day- to-day Project management or activities. Consultant shall notify Contract Administrator in writing of Consultant’s representative(s) to whom matters involving the Project shall be addressed. The Contract Administrator may also approve in writing minor modifications to the Scope of Services that do not increase the total cost to County or waive any rights of County.
