Common use of Contract Advances Clause in Contracts

Contract Advances. Any Liability or credit owing from ----------------- Louisiana-Pacific or the Subsidiaries for deposits, prepayments or advances paid to Louisiana-Pacific or the Subsidiaries with respect to the Contracts to the extent (i) reflected on the Balance Sheet or (ii) arising from Allowed Pre-Signing Changes or Allowed Pre-Closing Changes, all of which Liabilities will be reflected in the adjustment to the Purchase Price as set forth in subsection 2.7(d).
