Common use of Contract and Other Rights Clause in Contracts

Contract and Other Rights. All of each Seller's rights and interests in, to and under the contracts described in Schedule 4.9 hereof, except as provided in Section 1.5 hereof; and all other claims, rights and causes of action of each Seller against third parties relating to the Business.

Contract and Other Rights. All of each Seller's rights and interests in, to and under the all contracts described between it and any other party or parties and under contracts which have been acquired by it by assignment or in any other manner, including all contracts listed on Schedule 4.9 3.1.1 hereof, except as provided in Section 1.5 hereof; and all other claims, rights and causes of action of each Seller against third parties relating which relate to the Optoelectronics Business.
