CONTRACT CATEGORY C. describes performance which, as of this evaluation, indicates serious deficiencies and/or inadequate improvement upon recommendations as required from previous CATEGORY A or CATEGORY B placement, which warrant nonrenewal of the Probationary Unit Member’s contract for the next contract period.
