Contract Change Order. The University, without invalidating the Agreement, may direct changes in the project within the general scope of the Agreement, with the authorized payment maximum being adjusted accordingly. All such changes in the project shall be in writing and signed by both parties. The added cost or cost reduction to the University resulting from a change in the Agreement shall be determined in one or more of the following ways:
