Contract Compliance and Supervision. (a) PWC will develop appropriate contract management skills within PWC to assist in the adherence to the relevant standards including statutory and contractual requirements for those employees directly responsible for the: (i) management of work performed by contractors; (ii) monitoring of compliance by contractors with the matters specified in clause 29.5(a)(i); (iii) monitoring of compliance by contractors with safety obligations; (iv) safety inspections; (v) coordination of work performed by contractors; or (vi) acceptance of work performed by contractors or developers. (b) With reference to clauses 29.5(c) and 29.5(d), PWC will examine all relevant information contained within the relevant contract to ensure compliance. (c) A similar approach will be taken in relation to the standards specified for developers and others involved in either extensions of the current network, major projects or asset enhancements. (d) Hazards will be identified and managed in accordance with applicable legislation and PWC procedures, including involvement of appropriate internal (and, where necessary, external) parties set out in relevant procedures.

Contract Compliance and Supervision. The parties agree that a suitable qualified nominated union delegate shall conduct joint audits on ENERGEX's contractors on an agreed basis, but no less than quarterly. Such audits shall be in accordance with ENERGEX's current contractor auditing processes. The intent of these audits is to ensure ENERGEX continues to maintain existing internal contract management functions to ensure contractors comply with the relevant standards including safety, statutory and contractual requirements.

  • CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION Contractor shall provide competent supervision of personnel employed on the job Site, use of equipment, and quality of workmanship.

  • Monitoring and Compliance Every year during the term of this Agreement on the anniversary date of the effective date of the Agreement, the Restaurant shall provide to the United States a narrative report of the actions taken during the reporting period to remove any barriers to access and otherwise enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities at the Restaurant and any plans for action concerning ADA compliance in the coming year. The report shall include as an exhibit copies of any complaint, whether formal or informal, received during the reporting period alleging that the Restaurant was not being operated in compliance with the ADA or otherwise discriminated against any person on account of disability. The Owner and Operator of the Restaurant shall cooperate in good faith with any and all reasonable requests by the United States for access to the Restaurant and for information and documents concerning the Restaurant's compliance with this Agreement and the ADA. The United States shall have the right to verify compliance with this Agreement and the ADA, both as set forth in this Agreement and through any means available to the general public, including visits to the public areas of the Restaurant and communications with Restaurant staff. The United States shall have the right to inspect the facility at any time, and counsel for the United States need not identify themselves in the course of visits to the public areas.

  • Compliance Review During the Term, Developer agrees to permit the GLO, HUD, and/or a designated representative of the GLO or HUD to access the Property for the purpose of performing Compliance-Monitoring Procedures. In accordance with GLO Compliance-Monitoring Procedures, the GLO or HUD will periodically monitor and audit Developer’s compliance with the requirements of this Agreement, the CDBG-DR Regulations, the CDBG Multifamily Rental Housing Guidelines, and any and all other Governmental Requirements during the Term. In conducting any compliance reviews, the GLO or HUD will rely primarily on information obtained from Developer’s records and reports, on-site monitoring, and audit reports. The GLO or HUD may also consider other relevant information gained from other sources, including litigation and citizen complaints. 5.04 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: INDEMNIFICATION

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract. Contractor shall have a responsible supervisor on the job at all times when the work of the contract is being carried out. 1.9.2 Contractor's site supervisor shall be responsible for communication with the State's representatives and shall meet with the Project Manager at the site on a weekly basis to discuss project status, including any problems, ideas, or concerns related to the project work. 1.9.3 Contractor and its employees shall be subject to all applicable State and Federal statutes and regulations for the conduct of personnel. 1.9.4 The Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his/her subcontractors and their employees at all times.

  • Contract Compliance All individual employee contracts shall be subject to and consistent with Washington State Law and the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any individual employee contract hereinafter executed shall expressly provide that it is subject to the terms of this and subsequent Agreements between the Employer and the Association. If any individual employee contract contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement during its duration, shall be controlling.
