Contract Content Clause Samples
The Contract Content clause defines the specific terms, conditions, and obligations that make up the agreement between the parties. It typically outlines what documents, schedules, or annexes are considered part of the contract, and clarifies which communications or prior agreements are excluded. By clearly identifying what constitutes the full and binding agreement, this clause ensures that both parties have a shared understanding of their rights and responsibilities, reducing the risk of disputes over what is or is not included in the contract.
