Contract Coordinator. Upon execution of this Agreement, each party shall notify the other party of the name, business address, and telephone number of its Contract Coordinator. The Contract Coordinators of each party shall be responsible for arranging all meetings, visits, and consultations between the parties that are of a nontechnical nature. The Contract Coordinators shall also be responsible for receiving all notices under this Agreement and for all administrative matters such as invoices, payments, and amendments.
