Common use of Contract Documentation Clause in Contracts

Contract Documentation. 19.1 The Consortium Manager shall agree the wording of and sign, issue and/or execute contract documentation, including endorsements, in respect of every insurance bound under the Agreement; 19.2 Any application forms, proposal forms or contractual wordings set out at 19.2 of the Schedule have been agreed with the Following Underwriters and the Consortium Manager shall not use any variations of these without the agreement of the Following Underwriters.
