Contract Documents Correlation and Intent. Section 4.01 Contract Documents, Correlation and Intent.‌ (a) The Contract Documents consist of the following:‌ (i) This Agreement. (ii) Change Orders and modifications issued after execution. (iii) Bid issued by Contractor dated March 20, 2024 (See Exhibit A attached). (b) All the Contract Documents shall be read together as complimentary and the rights and obligations thereunder shall be deemed cumulative.‌ (c) Qualifications or exclusions contained in the Contractor's proposal for the Work are not accepted or agreed to unless specifically incorporated into this Contract. (d) The Contractor represents it is familiar with and has expertise in the scope of this trade and the Work.‌ (e) Drawing references are for the Contractor's convenience and shall in no way limit the scope of the Work. (f) Words used herein that have well known technical or trade meanings shall be construed according to their customary meaning within the water well construction industry.‌
