Contract Documents & Hierarchy. The specific terms and conditions can complement, clarify, or expressly derogate from these general terms and conditions. In case of discrepancy, the contract documents forming the Roaming Agreement are, in decreasing order of priority: - the specific terms and conditions of roaming; - these general terms and conditions of roaming; and their respective evolutions. In case of discrepancy between documents of different nature or rank, the Parties expressly agree that the provisions contained in the document with the higher rank in the order of priority shall prevail with regard to the conflicting obligations. In case of discrepancy between documents of the same rank, the most recent documents shall prevail. The Roaming Agreement shall be signed by the Parties in French and English languages. The French and the English versions of this Roaming Agreement shall be written in identical wording. However, in case of discrepancy or conflict between the Parties regarding the interpretation of one or more of the Roaming Agreement’s provisions, the French version shall prevail.
