Contract Expiry Notification. SCM unit in collaboration with Contract Management unit / function is responsible to ensure that timeous arrangement is made to notify end users when a contract is due for renewal within 6 months or 12 months prior to expiry. Communication with the end users must be in writing and documentation must be properly filed.

  • Contract Expiration The contract shall expire 120 days after the final services have been rendered.

  • Required Acceptance of Daily Load Deliveries and Notification If the State is harmed by purchaser’s refusal to accept up to 10 truck deliveries of any one sort per day, Purchaser will be in breach of contract and subject to damages as per the D-026.2 and D-027.2 clauses.   • Payment Does Not Imply Acceptance of Work The granting of any payment by City, or the receipt thereof by Contractor, shall in no way lessen the liability of Contractor to replace unsatisfactory work, equipment, or materials, although the unsatisfactory character of such work, equipment or materials may not have been apparent or detected at the time such payment was made. Materials, equipment, components, or workmanship that do not conform to the requirements of this Agreement may be rejected by City and in such case must be replaced by Contractor without delay.

  • Failure to Provide Notice of Expiry If the HSP fails to provide the required 6 months’ Notice that it intends to allow this Agreement to expire, or fails to provide a Transition Plan along with any such Notice, this Agreement shall automatically be extended and the HSP will continue to provide the Services under this Agreement for so long as the Funder may reasonably require to enable all clients of the HSP to transition to new service providers.

  • Contract Extension The Contract is extended for a period of six (6) months pursuant to the same terms and conditions of the contract and any executed written amendments, with a new Contract expiration date of May 31, 2025.
