Contract for Services. This ▇▇▇ is not intended, nor shall it be deemed or construed, as a contract for services from Envision. Nothing contained in this ▇▇▇ and no future action or inaction by City shall be deemed or construed to mean that City had contracted with Envision to perform any activity on the Property, including, but not limited to, the permitted use pursuant to the ▇▇▇. Under no circumstances shall Envision be entitled to reimbursement for any activities permitted by this ▇▇▇ on the Property.
