Common use of Contract Insurance Clause in Contracts

Contract Insurance. Contractor shall be required to purchase and maintain, during its performance under this Contract, insurance coverage as shown on the Insurance Requirements as stated in Exhibit B, which is incorporated herein by reference. All insurance purchased shall have a specific endorsement, copy of which shall be provided to the Town, naming the Town as an additional insured and providing that such insurance will not be cancelled without providing thirty (30) days advance written notice to the Town.
