Common use of Contract Liability Clause in Contracts

Contract Liability. The COUNTY shall not be liable to any person, firm, or corporation who contracts with or provides goods or services to the DEVELOPER in connection with the services as agreed to perform hereunder, or for debts or claims accruing to such parties against the DEVELOPER; there is no contractual relationship either expressed or implied between the COUNTY and any other person, firm, or corporation supplying any work, labor, services, goods, or materials to the DEVELOPER as a result of the DEVELOPER'S services to the COUNTY hereunder.

Contract Liability. The COUNTY shall not be liable to any person, firm, or corporation who contracts with with, or provides goods or services to to, the DEVELOPER in connection with the services as agreed to perform hereunder, hereunder or for debts or claims accruing to such parties against the DEVELOPER; and there is no contractual relationship either expressed or implied between the COUNTY and any other person, firm, or corporation supplying any work, labor, services, goods, or materials to the DEVELOPER as a result of the DEVELOPER'S ’S services to the COUNTY hereunder.

Contract Liability. The COUNTY shall not be liable responsible to any person, firm, or corporation who contracts with or provides (except the DEVELOPER) for assignment of any aspects including providing goods or services to the DEVELOPER in connection with the services as it has agreed to perform hereunder, or for debts or claims accruing to such parties against the DEVELOPER; and there is no contractual relationship relationship, either expressed express or implied implied, between the COUNTY and any other person, firm, or corporation supplying any work, labor, services, goods, goods or materials to the DEVELOPER as a result of the DEVELOPER'S its services to the COUNTY hereunder.
