The Contract Liaison clause designates a specific individual or role as the main point of contact between the parties for all matters related to the contract. This person is responsible for facilitating communication, coordinating the exchange of information, and addressing questions or issues that arise during the contract’s execution. By clearly identifying a liaison, the clause helps streamline interactions, reduce misunderstandings, and ensure that both parties have a reliable channel for contract-related correspondence.
Contract Liaison. Both parties agree to have specifically named Contract liaisons at all times. These representatives of the parties will be the first contacts regarding any questions and problems which arise during implementation and operation of the contract. Both parties agree to immediately notify the other party in writing should they appoint a Contract liaison other than the liaison named in this contract. The MCO’s Contract liaison may also fulfill the duties of the Medicaid Administrator, as outlined in Article III, Section 5 of the contract.
Contract Liaison. The Agency shall designate a contract liaison, which shall be identified in writing in its submitted Work Plan, to monitor the Agency’s performance of the provisions set forth in this Contract (hereinafter referred to as “Contract Liaison”). The Agency shall ensure that the Contract Liaison will be available to meet with the Recipient’s staff to review activities on an “as needed” basis, or as otherwise requested by the Recipient. Should there be any change in the Agency’s Contract Liaison, the Recipient shall be promptly notified of such change in writing in accordance with Article XVI, Section 2 of this Contract.
Contract Liaison. The Project Sponsor shall designate a contract liaison, to monitor the Project Sponsor’s performance of the provisions set forth in this Contract (hereinafter referred to as “Contract Liaison”). The Project Sponsor shall ensure that the Contract Liaison will be available to meet with the Agent’s staff to review activities on an “as needed” basis, or as otherwise requested by the Agent. Should there be any change in the Project Sponsor’s Contract Liaison; the Agent shall be promptly notified of such change in writing in accordance with Article XIII of this Contract.
Contract Liaison. 4.1 Subject to the provision of this Schedule, the Parties will establish a liaison committee to manage the provision of the Services adopting such procedures and practices as they consider appropriate from time to time.
Contract Liaison. City shall have the right to approve Contractor’s choice for a liaison. City shall be notified in advance of any change in Contract Liaison.

All reports, documents, and communications relating to the provision of the Consulting Services shall be transmitted to Boston Scientific through the Contract Liaison, or to persons designated by the Contract Liaison. Contract Liaison. CMHSP shall assign a contract liaison. The contract liaison or designee will be available to provide technical assistance to CONTRACTOR regarding services provided under this Contract if a need for such assistance has been identified by CMHSP or by CONTRACTOR.
