Common use of Contract Management Clause in Contracts

Contract Management. a. Contract Managers (1) The Contract Manager as shown on page 1 for each of the parties shall be the contact person for all communications and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ regarding the performance of this Contract. (2) Each party shall provide the other party with written notice of any changes of the name and contact information regarding either party's designated Contract Manager. The written notice shall not be effective until fourteen business days from the date of mailing.
