Common use of Contract Objectives Clause in Contracts

Contract Objectives. The purpose of this contract is to provide for mechanical maintenance, repair, Reverse Engineering, Technical Support and complementary services for Air Heaters at Cluster 7 consisting of Lethabo and Kendal Eskom Generation Power Stations as detailed in each Station Addendum. This is applicable for running, routine, planned, emergency maintenance and Outages. The Contractor performs work under this Contract as specified in the Task Order . The Employer may not add nor does the Contractor accept any tasks or work that is not within the Contractor’s approved Scope. The Parties are committed to the following:
