Common use of Contract of indenture Clause in Contracts

Contract of indenture. 3.9.4.1. A suitable contract of indenture shall be drawn up between the adult apprentice and the employer stipulating: < the names of the parties; < a statement of the trade or trades to which the adult apprentice is to be bound and which he or she is to be taught during the course and for the purpose of the apprenticeship; < the duration of the contract; < the credits to be granted in accordance with 3.9.4.2; < the details of the training to be successfully completed in order to gain recognition as a tradesperson; < a convenant by the employer to teach and instruct or cause the adult apprentice to be taught or instructed in the trade to which the adult apprentice is bound; < the date of which the apprenticeship is to commence or from which it is to be calculated; < all other conditions of apprenticeship. 3.9.4.2. The training to be completed by an adult apprentice under a contract of indenture will be determined by the relevant state training authority through its approved agencies based upon training credits being granted for the relevant working experience and educational standard obtained by the apprentice.
