CONTRACT OPERATION Sample Clauses

The CONTRACT OPERATION clause defines how the contract will be carried out and managed during its term. It typically outlines the procedures, responsibilities, and standards that both parties must follow to ensure the contract's objectives are met, such as timelines for deliverables, reporting requirements, or coordination mechanisms. By establishing clear operational guidelines, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties are aligned in their day-to-day activities under the agreement.
