Common use of Contract Payment Clause in Contracts

The CITY shall pay the Contractor for the performance of this Contract and completion of the project in accordance with the Contract Documents, subject to adjustment by change order/Contract amendment, the total amount in current funds being: Written & $ which is based on the price(s) in the Schedule of Values and as approved by the CITY Project Manager.
