Contract Penalty. In the event of any breach of this Agreement, Licensor may, in its sole discretion, decide to suspend or terminate any further business with Licensee including, but not limited to: (1) canceling any of Licensee’s open orders for Licensor’s product; and (2) rejecting any and all future orders by Licensee for Licensor’s product.
