CONTRACT PERFORMANCE/ENFORCEMENT Sample Clauses

The CONTRACT PERFORMANCE/ENFORCEMENT clause defines the obligations of each party to fulfill their duties as outlined in the agreement and establishes mechanisms for ensuring compliance. Typically, this clause specifies standards for performance, timelines, and the steps that may be taken if a party fails to meet its contractual responsibilities, such as providing notice of breach or pursuing remedies like damages or specific performance. Its core function is to ensure that both parties are held accountable for their commitments, thereby promoting reliability and providing clear recourse in the event of non-performance.
