Common use of Contract Performance Clause in Contracts

Contract Performance. 6.1. The Supplier shall provide to the Customer the Services as identified in Schedule 2 Part 1 (Services) to this Contract and in the Contract Order Form. 6.2. When providing the Services, as required by Clause 6.1, the Supplier shall comply with the Performance Measures detailed in Schedule 2 Part 2 (Performance Measures).
