Contract Period and Renewal. The Contract(s) awarded shall be in effect for a term of five years commencing on January 24, 2019. All Contract(s) will be coterminous on January 23, 2024. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for up to four additional years.
