Common use of Contract Period and Renewal Clause in Contracts

Contract Period and Renewal. The Contract is effective upon the last signature date of the Contract (the “effective date”), and terminates on August 31, 2022, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. System Agency may renew this Contract for up to two (2) additional 24-month periods, if funds are available. The Parties may extend this Contract subject to mutually agreeable written terms and conditions.
