Common use of Contract Period Not Affected Clause in Contracts

Contract Period Not Affected. If the Executive Director suspends a Work Authorization, the Contract Period as determined in Article 2 of the Contract is not affected and the Contract and the Work Authorization will terminate on the date specified unless the Contract is amended to authorize additional time.
