Contract Prices. A6.1 In consideration of and subject to the full and proper performance by the Contractor of its obligations under the Contract DCLG shall pay to the Contractor the rates, prices and any expenses specified in the Contract. A6.2 All rates and prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). If appropriate, VAT will be added at the relevant rate and will be shown as a separate net item on each invoice submitted. A6.3 Except where otherwise provided in the Contract, the amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Contract shall be inclusive of all costs, including but not limited to staff, facilities, equipment, materials and all other expenses incurred by the Contractor in discharging its obligations under the Contract. A6.4 Invoices shall be submitted to the invoice address specified in the Contract.
