Contract Review. At the conclusion of each annual evaluation, the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent shall review this Agreement and the Superintendent may recommend proposed modifications, additions, or nonrenewal to the Board.
Contract Review. The Governing Authority or its authorized representatives shall meet with the Sponsor at least once yearly before the end of the School’s fiscal year to review the terms and provisions of this Contract, at a time and place acceptable to both Parties.

Contract Review. The performance of the Supplier under this Framework Agreement shall be subject to review on an on-going basis. Bi-annual evaluations meetings may be held during the Framework Period. Mutually agreeable dates will be determined for these meetings, the purpose of which will be to provide a forum for KCC or any Framework Purchaser and the Supplier to review performance and other key issues in connection with the Framework Agreement. The Framework Purchasers and the Supplier shall be committed to continuously improving the Supplier / Framework Purchaser relationship. The Supplier shall implement such recommendations and comply with any Framework Purchaser’s findings to the extent necessary to ensure that the Services/Supplies continue to be delivered and the Supplier continues to meet its related obligations in accordance with the requirements set out in this Framework Agreement. Where a Framework Purchaser has reasonable grounds to believe that the Supplier is not complying with its obligations under this Agreement, an audit may be carried out without prior notice
Contract Review. Purchaser may arrange with the Contract Administrator to review the provisions of this contract prior to the delivery of forest products. Purchaser paid DATA MISSING initial deposit, which will be maintained pursuant to RCW 79.15.100(3). If the operating authority on this contract expires without Purchaser's payment of the full amount specified in the 'Payment for Forest Products' clause, the initial deposit will be immediately forfeited to the State, and will be offset against Purchaser's remaining balance due. Any excess initial deposit funds not needed to ensure full payment of the contract price, or not needed to complete any remaining obligations of the Purchaser existing after contract expiration, will be refunded to the Purchaser.
Contract Review a. Contractor shall participate in a Contract review initiated by ODHS 90 days post-Contract execution and again annually thereafter.
b. Contractor shall provide ODHS with all requested service documentation and financial statements needed to evaluate Contractor’s performance during the term of this Contract.
c. Based on internal audits, Contractor will provide management of the residential program’s quality assurance and staff training programs. Contractor will develop quality assurance and training reports and make available to the Contract Administrator upon request.
Contract Review. Within forty-five (45) school days of the ratification of this Agreement the building principals, Association building Representatives and central office administrators shall meet with the Superintendent and the President of the Association for the purpose of reviewing contract language different from the previous Agreement.

Contract Review. Contract Review is a forum wherein the Association and the Administration meets on a regular basis to discuss evolving issues related to contract maintenance and implementation. It is one of the first levels at which potential problems between employer and employee can be identified and resolved. The commitment of both parties to minimizing conflicts is exemplified by their commitment to discussion of such issues at this level.
Section A: Contract Review Meetings
Contract Review a. NAFC may at its discretion conduct an annual review of contract arrangements. The objectives of this review will include but not be limited to:
i. determining whether contract arrangements best meet the needs of NAFC; and
ii. determining whether any amendments or variations should be made to this Contract to improve delivery of the Services stipulated by the Contract; and
iii. determining whether the Contract should continue to the next Service Period or be extended, in accordance with the provisions of clause 4.2.
b. The Contractor will be available to participate in each such review and will make available such information as may be reasonably required by NAFC, at no cost to NAFC.
c. The Contractor may make such written submissions to NAFC as the Contractor considers relevant to each review.
d. Findings of each review will be made available to the Contractor.
e. The parties will cooperate to implement any amendments or variations to this Contract or contract arrangements that arise from the review.
f. Nothing in this clause 8.10 will prevent any other review of contract arrangements.
