Contract (Rights of Third Parties) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. 28.1 The PARTIES agree that no provision of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS will, by virtue of the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (“the Act”), confer any benefit on nor be enforceable by any person who is not a PARTY to the CONTRACT, save for any indemnitee under CLAUSE 14. The indemnity provisions of CLAUSE 14 are intended to be enforceable by any such indemnitee by virtue of the Act.
