Common use of Contract Schedule Clause in Contracts

Contract Schedule. The Work to be performed under the Contract shall be on an on-call, as needed basis and the Scope of Work for individual projects shall be determine on a project-by-project basis, as specific projects are assigned by the Public Works Director. Once a project is assigned, it shall be completed as specified in the specific Scope of Work for the individual project and shall be performed so as not to delay or hinder City's schedule for the project. The contract period for this contract shall be for a three-year period which will commence on May 15, 2024 and conclude on May 14, 2027.
