Contract Scope Note. NO EXCEPTIONS OR REVISIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED The Vendor shall provide the products and related services specified in Section 3 of the Contract for purchase by Customers. In addition, DIR and Vendor may agree to provisions that allow Vendor and/or Order Fulfiller to lease the products offered under the Contract. Terms used in this document shall have the meanings set forth below in Section 3.
