Contract Settlement. The Termination Document must be signed in order to proceed with the final verification of accounts relating to the present Contract and subsequent final settlement. 9.14.1. The final verification of accounts relating to the present Contract shall be carried out in a term that is no longer than 15 calendar days calculated from the termination notice date send by the Party requesting the Contract termination, or from the expiration date of this Contract. 9.14.2.
