Contract Signatory. The Performing Agency Contract Signatory shall be ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, or such other person as designated in writing by the Director (the “Performing Agency Contract Signatory”). The Performing Agency Contract Signatory is authorized to give notices and to carry out other actions referred to herein, including termination of this Agreement as provided in Section V.
