CONTRACT SPECIFIC DATA. 5.1. The parties agree and record that Clause 6.8.2 of the Contract Specific Data, which regulates the manner in which Contract Price Adjustment is applied, will be applicable to the extension period, from 1 January 2025 until 31 December 2026.
