(1) Probationary and Annual Contract 4 (a) Reappointment Recommendation: Administrators are encouraged to recommend the 5 reappointment of instructional staff with annual contract status who have demonstrated 6 positive performance. Evidence of positive performance may include, but is not limited to: 7 (1) Professional Development: Completion of appropriate professional development. 8 (2) Certification: Obtaining or maintaining professional certification. 9 (3) Experience: Years of District service or years of Teaching experience.
