Contract Stipulations. Long-term substitutes who do not substitute the entire school year need not be offered a written contract of employment. The provisions of Section 11 (The Contract Document) shall not apply to long-term substitutes who do not substitute the entire school year. Long-term substitutes who substitute the entire school year shall be given a written contract of employment that states they are long-term substitutes.
