CONTRACT SUBJECT TO FUNDING. This Contract is subject to funding and/or appropriations from federal, state, and/or local governments and/or agencies. If any such funding is not provided, withdrawn, or otherwise not made available for this Contract, the Contractor agrees that the City may terminate this Contract on seven (7) days written notice to Contractor, without any penalty or damages being incurred by the City. Contractor further agrees to comply with any applicable requirements of any grants and/or agreements providing such funding.
