Contract Support. 9.1 CNTW must ensure that adequate resources, expertise and personnel are available to perform the requirements contained in this specification. 9.2 Both parties shall comply with all reasonable requests from the other party for information, data and other assistance to enable each to undertake their strategic reporting responsibilities. 9.3 CNTW must inform XXX, in writing, of any proposed changes to the specification of the service being supplied against the contract. Notification of any such proposals shall be made at least one month prior to the proposed date of any changes.
