Contract Termination; Debarment. (Applicable to contracts in excess of $2,000 for construction within the United States.) A breach of the contract clauses entitled "▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act," "Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act-Overtime Compensation," "Apprentices and Trainees, Payrolls and Basic Records," may be grounds for termination of the contract, and for debarment as a contractor and a subcontractor as provided in 29 CFR 5.12.
