Common use of Contract Times Clause in Contracts

Contract Times. Days A. The Work will be substantially completed within 365 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 365 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.

Regardless of the date when the Contract Times commence to run or any allowable shutdown periods, the Work must be substantially complete on or before May 31, 2025.

However, regardless of the date when the Contract Times commence to run, the project must be substantially complete no later than August 1, 2025, and must meet final completion no later than September 1, 2025.
