CONTRACT USAGE ELIGIBILITY. For Non-State Customers the Contractor shall submit a CALNET FirstNet Authorization to Order (ATO) prior to accepting a fully executed purchase document. Refer to Attachment 2 - CALNET– Authorization to Order (ATO). CDT will process all CALNET FirstNet ATO requests within five (5) business days.
