Contract Usage. The actual utilization of any Master Price Agreement will be at the sole discretion of PPA and the other Participating Agencies. It is the intent of this Request for Proposal and resulting Master Price Agreement that Participating Agencies may buy directly from Successful Proposers without the need for further solicitation. However, Participating Agencies are urged to seek independent review by their legal counsel to ensure compliance with all local and state solicitation requirements as well as the need of further notice prior to utilizing the Master Price Agreement
