Common use of Contract variations Clause in Contracts

Contract variations. Any change to the Services as defined in Attachment 3-3 (Service Definition) to Schedule 3 (Service Level Agreement) will be made in accordance with and pursuant to Schedule 4 (Variation Procedures), and where required a Contract Variation will be affected in accordance with clause 26.2 of the Customer Contract.
