Common use of CONTRACT WITH CONTRACTOR Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT WITH CONTRACTOR. Upon the Tribal Corporation's ------------------------ designation of a Contractor, the Tribal Corporation shall cause to be prepared a new Owner/Contractor Agreement between the Tribal Corporation and the Contractor to be signed by the Tribal Corporation and the Contractor. The Owner/Contractor Agreement, including any general and special conditions, shall be consistent with this Agreement and approved by the Tribal Corporation's legal counsel.
