Contracted Capacity Clause Samples

The Contracted Capacity clause defines the specific amount of goods, services, or resources that a party is obligated to provide or receive under the agreement. Typically, this clause will state a fixed quantity or a range, such as a minimum and maximum capacity, and may outline how adjustments to this capacity can be made during the contract term. By clearly establishing these limits, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of their obligations, thereby preventing disputes over supply or demand and facilitating effective planning and resource allocation.
